Recipient Testimonials

“Receiving financial help from the fund not only allowed me to enroll in the program [of my choice] but gave me a vote of confidence that helped me take the plunge. The program was a real game-changer for me. Directly upon its completion, I was hired into an excellent position, that pays me well, gives me the flexibility I need as a single parent, and provides me opportunity to grow and learn professionally. You have inspired me to explore what I can do to help others who face challenges in their lives. I hope that this fund will grow and encourage others to act. Thank you.”

“The KEATCA Scholarship represents a wonderful opportunity for Canadian and International students whom wish to further their academics. I was fortunate to be a recipient of the scholarship this year, which will help me alleviate the cost of my graduate studies (MSc in Experimental Surgery) at McGill University. The monetary contribution has helped me achieve financial stability, which will allow me to fully dedicate and focus my time on my research full-time. Through my research, I look forward to making a contribution to the scientific community, and I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the KEATCA Foundation for their generous support in this endeavour.”

“Receiving the KEATCA Grant has had a huge impact for me this year. I am very grateful to have received this grant as it has helped me achieve my academic goals. I am currently perusing my last year of my Business Degree at Mount Royal University and this grant has helped remove many of my financial barriers so that I can focus on my education. Thank you to KEATCA for your kindness and generosity in awarding me this grant!"
